Rebecca - Instructor
Jason bridges yoga, sound healing, and trauma release to help students reconnect with their body and nervous system. A former skydiving instructor and head chef, his teaching blends calm precision with grounded compassion. At Wayshower Sanctuary, he combines sound, movement, and sacred geometry to create healing experiences that are peaceful, powerful, and deeply restorative.
Rebecca began her yoga journey in the ’90s in Oakland. Rooted in Ashtanga her style evolved into a modern heated Vinyasa flow, her practice focuses on breath, alignment, and intentional movement. Her classes are energetic yet welcoming, blending challenge with creativity. Rebecca believes yoga is for every body and invites students to explore, grow, and connect on the mat.
