Nunchaku Cardio

Finding Peace Through Motion

A distinctive fusion of martial-arts precision and energized conditioning, Nunchaku Cardio strengthens your body, sharpens your mind, and teaches you to move from the deepest place of inner balance. This program is intentionally designed to be accessible to beginners while still challenging for experienced movers — offering a rare training experience normally reserved for students with years in the martial arts. Through rhythmic flow, breath-linked strikes, and controlled sequencing, students build coordination, muscular strength, core stability, focus, and confidence — all while discovering the calm within high-energy motion.

What Is Nunchaku Cardio?

Strength-building strikes + aerobic conditioning Fluid movement that dissolves tension and anxiety Martial philosophy applied to modern wellness No experience required — movements scale to you A workout that doubles as moving meditation Every session leads toward better posture, faster reflexes, more confidence in movement, and a deeper connection with your own power.

Meet the Instructor — Michael Way

Michael Way is a lifelong martial arts practitioner with training rooted in classical Kung Fu disciplines and the living Shaolin tradition. He has studied directly under a Shaolin master and later under Wing Chun Master Daniel Stark, a 7th-generation lineage holder of Snake and Crane from the historic Law family system. His early path included Kempo and Jujitsu, but his most formative years were in Wing Chun, where he unlocked a deep understanding of body structure, precision striking, and internal control. Along this path, Michael developed a focused expertise with Nunchaku — a weapon regarded in the East as an extension of the body and an expression of intention through movement. This skillset is traditionally offered only to advanced practitioners, but Michael has built a method that makes this training safe, empowering, and achievable to new students without sacrificing legitimacy. Michael teaches not only technique — he teaches awareness. Through his guidance, students learn to: Identify and strengthen their center of gravity Move with clarity and purpose Channel breath into fluid, stable power Discover confidence, not aggression His classes are more than exercise: They are a journey into your own internal strength.
